Being late is unacceptable! 5 minutes late results in a $10 dollar late fee. 10 minutes will result in a cancelled appointment with NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Cancel within 48 hours of your appt to reschedule. Cancelling 48 hours or less prior to your appointment will result in a NONREFUNDABLE deposit. Cancellation Policy

NONREFUNDABLE Deposit Required. Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to reschedule. NO EXCEPTIONS! STRICT $15 LATE FEE for any client arriving more that 7 minutes late, $25 LATE FEE after 10 minutes Late & CANCELED after 15 minutes as the DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (No exceptions).
